Austino has created 10 Light Industrial Lots ranging from 3,120sqm to 5,400sqm within the Hobsonville light industrial precinct which is strategically located between Hobsonville Point and Westgate.
Demolition of all buildings and site clearing works have been completed by Cornerstone Demolition Ltd and Land Clearing Solutions Ltd. Earthworks and civil works will commence in late February 2020 by M3 Civil Limited. All works are expected to be completed by the end of 2020.
There has been strong interest in the subdivision with 5 Lots now under contract in the first few weeks of putting the Lots to the market. An information memorandum is available.
