Austino are pleased to announce Practical Completion was issued on 20 July 2021. Although there are some minor outstanding works to be completed the engineer to the Contract Churchill LDS Ltd were satisfied Practical Completion had been reached. All efforts are now being made to complete the rigorous Authority compliance requirements that will enable the release of the s224c certificate followed by issue of titles.
